Loading .pdb files from VESTA – Clarafi

Hello everyone,

Is there any chance one can import output from VESTA using mMaya? My .pdb file exported by VESTA can’t be read by mMaya.

This is most likely to be a PDB file header or formatting issue… would you be able to share a sample VESTA-exported PDB file so we can help troubleshoot? If so, please send it to: info@clarafi.com
